Today I went to "The Charles Homer Morse Museum of American Art" with my brother and a friend of his. A large portion of it focused over Louis Comfort Tiffany, his house (laurelton hall) and the World's Columbian Exposition of 1893. There were many different stained glass displays there, though I only took a few pictures of the smaller displays.
An interesting thing is that the museum actually sort of replicated several of the rooms of his house to a smaller degree. That must have taken an incredible amount of effort to complete. I might go again and take some friends if I can manage a way to go there during my upcoming time in university.

hey hi hello, my name is Will, I'm a soon to be freshman university student studying mechanical engineering. I like to play flute, read, listen to music, occasionally play minecraft, and mess around with self hosted services on my home server.
I very recently came across a video on the "web revival". It led me to spending a lot of time on neocities hosted websites. I really like to see other people's websites and seeing the effort that they have put in to making it functional and pretty. I also like to read the personal diaries and blogs of other people.
I've never been very good at writing and expressing my feelings to other people, I hope this website of mine will help me do that better. I've actually been keeping many diaries and notes for myself, though all of them are scattered between several different notebooks and notes in my phone so it's kinda hard to keep track of it all.
Plus I love the look of gifs and I plan on gif-bombing this page

I felt like mentioning that I don't use AI in the making of my site. I draw the pixel art graphics myself, but I'm also new to drawing so I'll probably be updating the backgrounds somewhat often.

As of a while ago, I've been wanting to learn some sort of coding or webpage development, and last night while wasting away on youtube, I saw some videos about the indie web or something like that. It seems to have been the final push to get me to learn html in at least a small capacity. My recent home server/NAS projects probably have also been influencing this decision to learn web design too.
I often like to write myself little diary and journal logs n stuff. Most of them are on paper. Actually probably all of them are. It's so disorganized, they're all in different notebooks too, plus some have accompanying art! With my newfound interest in HTML and website stuff, I thought it would be cool if I started writing in here too.
